Two Core Formulas

Standard EVA & High-Performance Metallocene

Choose the right chemistry for your line speed, ambient temperature and food-safety requirements.

Standard

EVA Hot Melt

Eco-adhesive 12–16 (kg/roll)
  • Cost-effective all-round carton sealing solution
  • Fast setting on standard corrugated & kraft boxes
  • Good adhesion across board moisture & temperature
  • Available in amber or white, low-odor option
Best for: ambient warehouse shipping, e-commerce cartons, standard RSC cases.
High Performance

Metallocene Hot Melt

Cold-chain & frozen food certified
  • Strong fiber-tearing bond down to -40°C deep freeze
  • Wider service window (up to 120°C for tropical shipping)
  • Low-density formulation cuts adhesive cost up to 20%
  • FDA food-safe, odorless and grease resistant
Best for: frozen food, dairy, cold-chain logistics, tropical / high-humidity markets.

Why Choose Us

Engineered for the Line

Six reasons packaging plants switch to QingCheng carton sealing adhesives.

01

Instant Hot Tack

Sets within seconds for case sealers running 30–60 m/min without compression-section jams.

02

Thermal Stability

Low degradation and no charring through hours of pot time, cutting nozzle build-up and downtime.

03

Low Density, Lower Cost

Metallocene formula uses less material per meter — up to 20% adhesive cost saving per case.

04

Odorless & Food-Safe

FDA-compliant grades with no smell transfer, suitable for food and pharmaceutical packaging.

05

FAQ

Common Questions

Does it bond UV-lacquered and coated carton board?
Yes. Our metallocene grades are formulated specifically for hard-to-bond substrates including UV-coated, laminated and recycled board, where standard EVA adhesives often peel off.
Is the adhesive food-safe?
Selected grades comply with FDA 21 CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact, and are odorless so there is no smell transfer to food products during storage.
Will it hold in -40°C cold storage?
Our cold-chain grades maintain fiber-tearing bonds at temperatures down to -40°C, with no embrittlement, so cartons survive deep-freeze warehousing and transport.
How much can I save on adhesive cost?
Because the metallocene formulation has a lower density, you use less weight per case. Most customers report 15–20% savings on adhesive cost without changing line settings.
